Identity development, signage and wayfinding produced for eight by www.bryantproperty.com.au, located in the heart of Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast. The development includes commercial office space, a roof-top bar and dual food and coffee drive thru. 

A refined typographic logo was created with an accent line symbolic of the wayfinding featured in the building design by Oge Group architects.

The main building signage developed for eight Maroochydore was designed to be illuminated and floating amongst the timber, glass and corten steel.  Subtle black entrance sign on natural dark grey Crosscut Rock Tile.

The branding design elements were rolled out throughout the signage and wayfinding. Colours, typography, viewpoints and directional lines are all considered throughout development of the designs. The logo and wayfinding picking up the directional signalling produced by the lighting in the main foyer.
